    Description
    We are hiring a Client Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve client-facing incidents that happen with our healthcare client's integration work. Our client is rebranding and transitioning their software for their healthcare clients - this team will assist in the implementation.

    Logistics:
    • 6-month contract-to-hire
    • $28/hr
    • Full health insurance and 401k opportunities
    • Fully remote
    Must-Have Qualifications:
    • 1+ year of experience in IT Technical Support (infrastructure).
    • Preferably experience in a high volume tech organization (SaaS).
    • Experience with IT Service Management tools for incident, problem, and service.
    • Knowledge with HL7, AWS, and MIRTH or other healthcare integration technologies.
    About the role:
    • The Customer Support Engineer is tasked with troubleshooting and resolving client-facing incidents that impact our implemented customers. These issues may include routine issues as well as unexpected, non-routine issues that require problem-solving skills.
    • Client Support Engineers are also proactive: they monitor dashboards, status indicators, KPI's andother performance measures so that they can address issues before our clients are aware of the problem.
