    About The Role

    As the Technical Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients. This hands-on position is vital within our organization and requires a high level of technical expertise. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with clients in specialized and technical domains.


    What You Will Be Doing

    • Leading the investigation of multiple support tickets and working collaboratively to understand and resolve customer issues.
    • Prioritizing issues to provide customers worldwide with the necessary level of support in implementing our platform.
    • Creating knowledge articles to enhance our documentation and help customers better understand product use cases.
    • Driving innovation within the team and with customers to refine processes and tools.

    Essential Skills

    • High school diploma required.
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in a hands-on Level 2 Technical Support or DevOps role.
    • 2+ years of experience with REST and RESTful APIs.
    • Passionate about learning and delving into various technical areas.

    Desired Skills

    • Understanding of networking/web architectures, including HTTP.
    • Knowledge of Containers/Cloud Platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure).
    • Experience with Access Management products, Identity Providers, OAuth2 protocol, and JSON Web Token standard.
    • Familiarity with databases (preferably MongoDB or RDBMS) and search engines (like ElasticSearch) is a plus.
    • Experience with trace analysis, debugging, and JVM troubleshooting is advantageous.
