4+ years experience in both customer-facing support and software development roles, I bring a unique perspective in troubleshooting web applications and cloud deployments. With a background in helping customers use authentication software such as OAuth, MFA, and SAML, as well as building software for high-profile clients like Healthcare.gov, I have honed my skills as a versatile and effective problem solver.

Most recently working Support Engineer at startup helping customers troubleshoot and integration with authentication software. Most days were reading the code path, configuring the software to solve their issues. Additional time spent writing features and squashing bugs with Java, Prime MVC, and JavaScript. 

Flatiron's Software Engineering program focuses on educating graduates on every layer of the modern web application paradigm. Main technologies include Ruby, Ruby on Rails, HTML, CSS, SQL, Javascript, React and Redux. Students complete 5 Portfolio Projects, ending with a Final Capstone Project with Ruby on Rails, React and Redux. Additional time spend on Java Master Course, building full stack apps, and learning AWS technology.
