- A strong understanding of Project/Programme Management this can be time served or a relevant project management qualification

- Experience of communicating with all areas of manufacturing. (Within a manufacturing environment will be essential)
- Experience of contractual matters and tenders.
- Team motivated and performance driven.
- Previous project Management experience is essential for this role but this can be from managing NPI or design projects previously to purely programme management experience (the client will consider all levels of experience)
- Experience within construction, HVAC or building services is essential for this role.
