Role Overview:
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for construction projects? W.M.

Schlosser Company is seeking an experienced Construction Mechanical Project Manager to oversee two pump station projects in the Hampton Roads Area, Virginia.

You'll be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise construction procedures to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Utilize construction software and tools such as Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, and Foxit PDF.
• Solve problems effectively and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Motivate and develop junior team members through mentorship and training opportunities.
• Maintain a positive attitude and foster a collaborative work environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in government construction, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a construction environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and teach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and forecast upcoming work effectively.
