Description

Duties:


  • You will serve as the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) Modernization Integrated Installation Management Office (SIIMO) Program Manager within the Submarine Integration Division of the Fleet C4I Department.
  • You will monitor and control cost, schedule, performance, and risks in support of SIIMO activities and services.
  • You will interface directly with Fleet customers, program sponsors, and SWFTS stakeholders to include TYCOM, NAVSEA and affiliated PEO Directorates to plan, schedule, fund, and execute modernization requirements during submarine availabilities.
  • You will ensure SIIMO reporting meets sponsor/customer requirements, is timely, complete, and professionally presented.
  • You will execute strategic resource planning requirements supporting SIIMO mission success.

  • This position is designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position. You must obtain and maintain the credentials as described in SECNAV M for specialty area 802 level Entry within 12 months of appointment.

Qualifications:


  • Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
    GS13 grade level or
    NO05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following
:

Leading and managing complex submarine combat systems modernization activities AND developing and executing plans to meet complex activities cost, schedule, performance, and risk management requirements.


In addition, individuals must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below:
