Under direct supervision of the campus principal, this position is responsible for greeting, assisting, and directing/providing information to visitors, students, and staff members
Job Qualifications
Education/Certification:
1. Greet visitors to the campus, students, and staff.
2. Check credentials of visitors, as necessry.
3. Assist with the sign-in and sign-out process for students.
4. Answer questions and direct visitors to the correct department.
5. Answer incoming calls, take reliable messages, and route to appropriate staff.
6. Receive, sort, and distribute mail and other documents to department staff.
7. Maintain confidentiality of information.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Equipment Used:
Personal computer, printer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
Working Conditions:
