For our team, we are currently seeking

Apprentices for the training profession of event management assistant (m/f/d)

The training lasts 3 years (shortening possible) and is carried out in cooperation with the Robert-Schumann-Schule (block lessons) in Baden-Baden.

Your training content

  • Conception of target group-oriented events as well as their presentation, planning, organization, and implementation
  • Creation of schedules and production plans, consultation and support of customers, and monitoring of calculations, cost plans, and budgets
  • Coordination of work processes and administrative tasks through computer-assisted systems
  • Teaching of general knowledge about planning, implementation, and cost calculation of events and advertising measures
  • Instruction on legal norms, administrative processes, and basics of public relations
