    Position Responsibilities:
    Direct sales representation of the virtual residency into named healthcare systems

    Product demonstrations, primarily web-based

    Facilitate required meetings for prospective customers

    Manage all aspects of the sales cycle from sourcing leads to closing deals

    Recruitment and development of prospective customers

    Meet or exceed assigned target quota for each period as communicated in the Sales Compensation Plan

    Assist in customer implementation and setup as needed and directed

    Marketing, lead-generation, trade show attendance, and travel as needed and directed by the VP of Sales and Business Development (travel 10%)

    Accurate and up-to-date data entry in the company's CRM system, and registration of leads and/or prospects

    Accurate forecasting and reporting on sales pipeline and associated activities

    Attendance at all required meetings, training sessions, and company events

    Continual education on regulatory requirements affecting healthcare (e.g., HIPAA)

    Compliance with all policies, rules and lawful instructions, and at all times act in the best interests of this company

    Other duties as assigned by the company


    Experience & Skills:

    Required Experience and Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

    5+ years' experience selling new and/or unique solutions or services into Health Systems and Hospitals

    Proven track record of exceeding quota while calling on nationally known Health Systems

    Ability to travel up to 10% or more

    Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office

    Value based selling experience

    Ability to demonstrate ROI through the use of technology

    Compensation $100k
