    Description

    Sales Executive

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our staffing agency. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, prospecting potential clients, and building a strong book of business. Your primary focus will be on selling and promoting our staffing services to companies in need of talented professionals. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships. You will work closely with our team of recruiters to ensure a seamless hiring process for our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    Identify and target potential clients who would benefit from utilizing staffing services.

    Conduct thorough research to understand the client's industry, needs, and pain points.

    Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.

    Consultative Selling:

    Engage with prospects to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.

    Educate clients about the benefits of our staffing services and how they can meet their hiring needs.

    Present customized staffing solutions that align with the client's objectives.

    Conduct in-depth needs analysis to identify the right candidates for each client's specific requirements.

    Collaborate with our team of recruiters to ensure a smooth transition from candidate sourcing to client interviews.

    Relationship Management:

    Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.

    Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly.

    Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional staffing services to existing clients.

    Conduct regular check-ins and client reviews to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.

    Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

    Collaboration and Coordination:

    Collaborate closely with our team of recruiters to understand candidate profiles and qualifications.

    Conduct final round interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their suitability for client requirements.

    Facilitate the introduction and onboarding process between the client and selected candidates.

    Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.

    $45,000-$60,000 Salary and an Uncapped Bonus Structure
