    Description

    Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of effectively managing accounts receivable functions. This is a remote role but does require EST working hours.

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable at a SaaS company
    • Experience with SaaS Contract Invoicing
    • Proficiency in A/R Billing Portals (Ariba, Coupa or similar)
    • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office applications (Advanced in Excel)
    • Experience with Cash Application
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
    • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment


    Your Impact

    • Communicate with customers via phone, and email to address payment-related inquiries and issues
    • Generate and send out accurate and timely customer invoices
    • Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and ensure timely collection of payments
    • Review and reconcile customer accounts to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve billing and payment issues
    • Monitor AR aging reports and take appropriate actions to minimize past dues balances
    • Assist with month-end closing processes and provide support for financial reporting requirements
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to streamline AR processes
