Your responsibilities:

  • Independent customer support, conducting customer and sales conversations
  • Receiving and reviewing customer inquiries, including order processing and monitoring
  • Calculation and preparation of offers and delivery concepts
  • Management of sales and qualityrelated customer documents
  • Management and control of suppliers and customers in case of bottlenecks

Your profile:

  • Commercial education or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
  • Strong problemsolving skills and independent work style
  • Enjoyment of communication and sales
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Fluent in German and English
