Job Description
The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Program Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of the Zurn Elkay ERP consolidation and transformation.
This critical, impactful position will report to the VP of IT, Zurn and will provide strong leadership, project management, business process knowledge, and technical skills to ensure the successful ("flawless") implementation of change and deliver an industry-leading ERP platform built on industry best business processes.
This role will manage the entire lifecycle of the ERP implementation, from initial assessment to post-implementation stabilization and value realization.
KeyAccountabilities
Lead the overall implementation and integration of ERP platforms, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Partner with resource managers to identify and assign individual responsibilities. Establishes clear project roles and responsibilitiesEstablish governance structure and procedures to ensure best practices and program alignment at all levels.
This includes the identification and escaltion of any solution deviations from the common implementation template as well as industry best business processes (from the solution provider).
Develop and implement Change Management strategies to facilitate the transition including training, communication, and organizational readiness assessmentsEffectively applies methodology and enforces project standards, ensuring focus and priority are targeted at actions with the biggest impacts and the creation of value.
Facilitates team and client meetings effectivelyConduct risk assessment and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, including but not limited to data, security, compliance, and system reliability
Conducts readiness assessment, validating environment, change, testing, and readiness to ensure a successful (flawless) implementation.
Communicates effectively with executive stakeholders, senior management, and project teams to identify needs, evaluate alternative business solutions, ensure alignment with business objectives, and provide regular updates on ERP program progress, challenges, achievements.
Qualifications/RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master degree, advanced certifications in project management (PMP) and ERP systems preferred
Proven experience in managing large scale ERP implementations with a minimum of 10+ years experience in a complex organization setting.
Robust knowledge of ERP implementation best practices and playbooks. Microsoft D365 experience is a plus.Experience in consolidating multiple ERP platforms into a common solution based on industry best practices as well as quantified business competitive advanatages.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsEnergy and desire to deliver high-quality projects on tight schedules
