Weston Lauritch

My Name is Weston, currently I am working at the Double Tree located in downtown Milwaukee. I have been there about 5 ½ years as the assistant director of engineering. I have three associates degrees and always eager to take on new tasks to build any skill sets I can. I prefer to keep things neat and organized in a proper manner. I am a dependable person who will see a job through from start to finish. I have been part of a team my whole life, that be in sports or engineering shops and thrive on seeing people come together and complete tasks as a unit. I am looking to step away from the maintenance field and fulfill a dream of mine of becoming a firefighter.  Within the past year I have completed my National Registry for EMT-Basic and FIRE II and looking to be apart of a EMS/Firefighter Team. 

• Collaborates with Chief to prioritize and delegate daily tasks for 1st and 2nd shift personnel. 
• Point of contact for all facility management concerns.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory standards.
• Identifies and troubleshoots maintentance issues on a daily basis.
• Develops and maintains preventative maintenance programs throughout facility.
• Orders stock, maintenance supplies, and equipment needed for daily operations.
• Oversees and maintains guest rooms, public spaces, and back of hotel areas in good repair by performing tasks related to a variety of trades, including: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, and tiling to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.
