Optogenetic Research at VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI:

During my time at the VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, I had the honor of working as a research assistant in an optogenetics laboratory. In this role, I actively participated in groundbreaking research involving rodent and swine subjects. My responsibilities included:

  • Observing and assisting in the implementation of optogenetic testing procedures on rodent and swine subjects.
