    Title: Program Manager

    Duration: 12 Months

    Description:

    Project/Program manager will work with Client network telecommunication infrastructure leadership, PMO/PCO, and Client financial staff. The Project/Program manager will lead portfolio schedules, coordinate resources, manage issues, budget/invoice handling, hold stakeholder coordination meetings and minutes and compliance with PMO/PCO governance.

    This position will also work collaboratively with vendor companies, support agreement negotiations and other telecommunications-related agreements. Licensing agreements and oversee funding support for special telecommunications related projects that support Client business needs.

    8 am to 4 pm CST Monday thru Friday or as applicable to the project teams

    Job Duties
    Roles reports to the Project Control Office.
    o Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects
    o Regular interval progress reporting Progress reporting with team members, stakeholders and clients.
    o Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
    o Creation of time cards
    o Job Site Safety Enforcement
    o Coordinates project meetings review status/escalate issues for corrective action.
    o Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
    o Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
    o Escalation of issues to PCO
    o Responsible for Internal Coordination of
    o Change management (IT CAB) when needed
    o Verification of Alignment
    o Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
    o Site turn up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
    o Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
    o Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources

    Minimum Qualifications:
    o Microsoft Project/PWA
    o Budget, forecast, and accruals
    o 3rd vendor management
    o Contract bidding and negotiations
    o Experience managing project financials actuals, invoice reconciliation, identifying variances
    o Project Management Principles
    o Construction purchasing
    o Construction standards and designs
    o Network Infrastructure

    Preferred Qualifications:
    o 5 years in the following:
    o Microsoft Project
    o Budget, forecast, and accruals
    o 3rd party vendor management
    o Contract bidding and negotiations
    o Project Management Principles
    o Construction purchasing
    o Construction standards and designs

    Additional qualifications:
    o Facilities and floor plan schematic reading
