    As a Software and System Validation Engineer in the Network and Edge group you will:
    + Leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains including design, manufacturing, validation, silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling. + Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, domain knowledge, and secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products. Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, validation, and test.

    The Software and System Validation Engineer should possess the attributes below:
    + Strong oral and written communication skills. + A team player willing to jump in where needed as an active contributor.

    Qualifications What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):
    + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ years' experience OR pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. + Previous internship experience required.


    • 6 months experience in:
    + Programming languages:

    Python scripting and C/C++ Computer Architecture How to Stand out (Preferred Qualifications): + Master's degree in in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or in a related field of study and 1+ years of relevant experience.

    + Experience with System and Software Validation of Network Accelerators + Experience with HW RTL and Software Debug + Experience with Agile Development, and Software development process GitHub experience + Experience with Simics, Virtual Platforms, Emulation Platform usage + Previous internship in Validation field + 1+ years' experience programming in Perl or Python or Shell scripting, TCL.
