This is a Hybrid position:
We are seeking a New Business Development Representative to become an integral part of the team. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive services to all clients. You will provide overall support to the Law Firms business needs and will be trained to work in the legal services industry as long as you have at least t wo years of experience
as a New Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative.
The ideal candidate we seek will thrive on connecting with people and helping others in need of legal services and you will be trained.
You will work a few days in the office (2 days) and a few days (3 days) from home.MUST LIVE WITHIN 40 MINUTES OF BERGEN COUNTY
Responsibilities:
Educate and sell services to new and existing customers clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Intake of prospective new clients
Scheduling Appointments
Oversee the intake process
Follow up with potential clients
Qualifications:
MUST LIVE WITHIN 40 MINUTES OF BERGEN COUNTY
At least 2 years experience in sales, business development, SDR, prospecting
Excellent Phone Skills to speak with prospective clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
