- Full project responsibility in terms of time, cost and quality delivered - from scoping phase until project closure
- Lead the project teams in close cooperation with the technically responsible engineers, solution owners and Chief Engineers
- Coordination with other modules, prototype & component validation, supply-chain and as well with external suppliers and partners
- Be responsible to foster a pro-active Health and Safety culture within the project organizations as well with the main stakeholders (Customers, Suppliers, etc)
- Facilitate and prepare regular and ad-hoc meetings: invite participants, schedule video conference and/or teleconference facilities, prepare the agenda, collect / validate / consolidate / distribute supporting materials, draft & distribute minutes, and capture & follow-up on actions and decisions.
- Act as technical leader for technical project; including tendering, contracting, etc, ensuring always the technical and commercial solution proposed is optimized, at acceptable risk level and in line with the CREADIS good practices and policies.
- Facilitate and participate in strategic or operational meetings within the PMO, EQM and Technical Steering Committees
- Prepare and minute various PMO meetings specifically with PMs and Functional Managers
- Organize and monitor project reviews, peer reviews, technical rescue missions to support projects of his/her perimeter
- Facilitate our Project Managers with templates, documentation, software tools support (MS Project, Jira, Primavera P6, etc) and more
- Take care of the development of standards, templates, and process descriptions.
- Maintain & control administration on allocation of staff in the PMO: support capacity demand (in Excel), registration of time spend (in Maconomy), and analyze capacity consumption (in Excel/Maconomy)
- BSc degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or engineering.
- Full professional level in English
- At least 5 years experience.
- Experience in wind energy sector a must.
