- Responsibilities:
- Manage a designated account list and devise strategies for securing and expanding partnerships with enterprise organizations
- Create outbound strategies to generate and nurture leads
- Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise clients
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing client companies
- Collaborate with leaders across various departments to conduct in-depth product workshops and financial analyses
- Lead team projects to enhance the sales process
- Interface with different teams to contribute to and refine Stripe's overarching strategy
- Over 15 years of sales experience, preferably in the tech industry, with a proven track record of excellence
- Ability to comprehend complex business challenges and propose solutions across multiple product lines
- Skills to craft and execute account plans that span various business units within complex organizations
- Excellent presentation skills, especially for face-to-face meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrated proficiency in leading intricate negotiations involving tailored commercial agreements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A keen interest in technology
