As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and deploying the sales strategy to support our sales team.
**Job Responsibilities**
Reporting to the CEO, this is an incredible opportunity to join the founding team and be a part of all major future decisions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and deploying the sales strategy to support our sales team. While leading a team of sales professionals, you will have an opportunity to make a huge impact on Accrue Savings and take it to the next level for both our organization and customers. You set a high bar for execution, both in terms of quality and speed. Your leadership, passion for sales and ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally will help to continue to grow our business.
**Job Requirements**
**How youll make an impact:**
Create and deploy best practices to position your team to hit and exceed the target quota attainment
Execute onboarding and training of new hires, and continue to position yourself as a resource through leadership and leading by example
Work cross functionally across the go-to-market organization to develop a better sales strategy, which will ultimately show ROI within the vertical
Develop and maintain reporting to track all key metrics within the sales vertical
You are not afraid to get your hands dirty -- you will position yourself as a resource and lead by example to identify opportunities and improve processes, ultimately leading your team to success
Accurately forecast sales metrics regarding the SMB sales vertical
Serve as a strong leader to your sales team through strong communication, coaching, individual development, and goal setting
**Key Responsibilities**
Directly managing our account executive team selling to medium-sized and enterprise businesses
Attending sales and customer meetings in order to coach our account executive team, increase our win-rate
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to assist with future product development
Work with CEO on team strategy, improving processes and go-to-market effectiveness
Set and drive goals, objectives, budgets, sales targets and quotas to achieve and exceed our long-range strategic objectives
**What wed love to see:**
4+ years of Software sales, preferably in marketing software for e-commerce and retail companies or fintech
Experience as a sales manager at a fast-growing company is required
Extremely comfortable in outside sales meetings and events
Self-starter, entrepreneurial hustle mindset approach to managing your team and quota

Strong track record of driving results and developing your team
