- Event and Meeting coordination for Branch
- Travel coordination for Branch Manager & Senior Vice Presidents
- Finance – expense account management and submission
- Administrative duties to include but not limited to:
- Branch office calendar maintenance – scheduling meetings and calls
- Conference room, Technology, and Branch Network Troubleshooting
- Order pantry and office supplies
- Data collection & report preparation
- Support in the onboarding of new advisors
- Mail incoming and outgoing – back up
- Technology – assist with questions and training
- Strong technical aptitude
- Able to work closely with both the leadership team and advisors
- Ability to function independently and work well with a team
- Proactive decision-making skills
- Strong ability to collaborate
- Strong communication skills
- Can organize tasks and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Meets deadlines
- Knows how to guide people thru a process
- Displays good judgment & partners where necessary

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in business is preferred

This role is located in Orlando, Florida and is required to be onsite.
Equitable Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented/multi-tasking Operations Coordinator.
This individual will be the key person to support the office with operational tasks and miscellaneous day to day needs and will need to be open to learning new things and owning their role.
Role will administer company policy at the local level and act as Field Liaison for the Complex Team. This person will report directly to the Complex Operations Manager.In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
