Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Coordinator to join our team.

The Receiving Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse environment.


Duties:


  • Coordinate and oversee the receiving of goods, verifying items received against purchase orders
  • Unload trucks and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies
  • Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to track inventory and update records
  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers
  • Maintain organized storage areas for efficient inventory management
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing of shipments
  • Assist in packaging and preparing outgoing shipments when needed

Skills:


  • Proficiency in using Warehouse Management Systems
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting
  • Ability to operate equipment including pallet jacks, reach trucks, and order pickers
  • Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems for inventory control
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of incoming shipments
  • Excellent organizational skills to maintain efficient storage areas
  • Capability to load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
