Description:

The Synthetic Training Environment (STE) Platform Coordinator will serve as the Government Assistant Program Manager (APM)'s single point of contact for request for information (RFI)'s.

The STE Platform Coordinator will track changes in support strategy and ensure successful mission requirements are met. They will assist the Government/Contractor Integrated Product Team (IPT) with the TO 13 Operator Quality program.

The STE Platform Coordinator will perform Quality Assurance (QA) oversite and implementation of the contractor Quality Assurance Plan as related to Operator positions for TO 13.

The STE PC shall establish and manage the implementation of an operator training program for all TO 13 operator positions.

The STE Platform Coordinator shall participate in Synthetic Training Environment (STE) meetings and strategy sessions.

Serve as the Government Assistant Program Manager (APM)'s single point of contact for request for information (RFI)'s, changes in support strategy, issue resolution, risk management and mitigation to ensure the successful mission requirement.

Shall be a member of the Government/Contractor IPT for the establishment of a STE New Equipment Training (NET) Program.

Shall participate in Synthetic Training Environment (STE) meetings and strategy sessions as TSO and ATMP begin planning for future transition from legacy devices to STE devices.

To include TDY meetings as required by the APM funded under TO 13 Program Support or other TO 13 SWIS.

Shall verify and establish all future NET programs associated with STE devices.

All STE SME's shall perform NET trainer duties IAW government provided NET materials as part of normal Contract Mission Time (CMT).

US citizenship is required.


Basic Qualifications:

Ability to operate in a virtual and matrix organization.
Strong communication skills and experience interacting with all levels of all functions
Experience developing and executing strategy.
Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimization.


Desired Skills:

Graduate of the Army's Senior Leaders course or higher level of military education. Shall have held a senior NCO or higher position in Infantry, Armor, or Engineer MOS. Shall be a graduate of the US Army Battle Staff Course. Shall be a graduate of the Infantry or Armor Master Gunner Course. Shall have SME level of understanding in both dismounted and mounted training and combat operations. SME having served as a Master Gunner at echelons higher than Battalion.

Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely:
Full-time

Remote Telework:

The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site.

Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.


Schedule for this Position:4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Non-represented full-time employees:

accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
