    Description

    Position: Workers' Compensation Attorney

    Location: New York State

    Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of injured workers? We're looking for a Workers' Compensation Attorney, eager to either kickstart their career or bring their seasoned expertise to our team. Join us in our mission to secure rightful compensation for those we represent, offering them a beacon of hope and support.

    Role Responsibilities:

    Advocate for injured workers throughout the New York State Workers' Compensation claim process.

    Offer comprehensive legal support to our clients, guiding them toward fair compensation.

    Manage legal documentation, and represent clients effectively in hearings and negotiations.

    Keep abreast of evolving laws and regulations within the workers' compensation sphere in New York State.

    What We're Looking For:

    J.D. from an accredited law school.

    Licensed to practice in New York State, or capable of obtaining licensure promptly.

    A demonstrated interest in workers' compensation law for recent graduates; a solid track record in workers' compensation or related fields for experienced attorneys.

    Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

    A resolute commitment to advocating for workers' rights.
