Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our legal team.

As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial
• Review and analyze legal documents and agreements
• Represent clients in court proceedings and other legal proceedings
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in legal drafting and litigation procedures
• Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Westlaw research platforms
