Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Perform legal and regulatory research and analysis on a wide variety of issues, including vendor and provider contracting, nonprofit governance, fraud and abuse, patient care, healthcare, and insurance regulatory requirements.
  • Drafts, reviews, and modifies contracts and policies in accordance with legal and regulatory standards; provides counsel on potential legal ramifications.
  • Coordinates responses to government audits and investigations.

Salary:
$110,000-120,000 annually


Qualifications:

Qualifications:


  • New York State Bar Admission
  • 3+ years as a corporate or litigation legal associate, preferably in the healthcare industry

Education:


  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
