MANAGING ATTORNEY - Creditor Legal Services

An amazing opportunity at a fast growing multi-state default servicing law firm.

Seeking an energetic managing attorney who is licensed in New York and New Jersey with extensive experience and a thorough understanding of the foreclosure, collections and bankruptcy processes for New York and New Jersey.

REMOTE IS AVAILABLE.

Responsibilities will include by not be limited to:

  • Ensure continued improvement with both internal and external client goals
  • Provide input to executive management related to ongoing improvements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Responsible for a team of attorneys handling foreclosure and/or bankruptcy cases
  • Manage a caseload of files including attending trials, hearing and other court appearances as necessary
  • Draft pleading and motions as needed
  • Oversight and ongoing mentoring of staff to continually strengthen the organizational structure

Qualifications:


  • Must have min. 8 years industry experience.
  • Litigation and courtroom experience
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • Organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Licensed in NY a must
  • Licensed in NJ is a must
  • Collections experience is a plus
  • Independent worker

Pay:
$130, $150,000.00 per year
