    National Pool Partners is looking to expand our Recruiting team in Austin, Texas or Tampa, Florida. We are a full-cycle Recruiting team, serving multiple branches across multiple states within NPP.


    We are a fast-paced, growing company looking to #elevatetheindustry , and we need someone who is able to roll with changing staffing needs regularly and enjoys the challenge of high-volume recruiting.

    This job requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

    Job Summary


    The Recruiting Manager provides leadership, support, advocacy and vision to Recruiters who provide recruiting support to hiring managers across several states.

    The Recruiting Manager will work jointly with recruiters and oversee the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees.

    As a Recruiting Manager you will make sure the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to date and help them implement new ones.

    You will also provide advice to the employer on recruiting, interviewing and improving our brand.

    Position is located on-site in Tampa, FL or Austin, TX

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    Supervise and provide overall guidance to the recruitment team.
    Evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
    Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
    Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
    Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.


    Duties/Responsibilities :


    Evaluate current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness or develop new procedures as needed.

    Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
    Develops new strategies, programs and sourcing methods to attract the best candidates.
    Review and select the best job advertising techniques.
    Research ways to improve the employer's brand.

    Consults with General Manager and/or Corporate office to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s).

    Liaison with General Managers and/or Corporate office to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs and to share best practices, provide assistance on critical needs and coordinate on initiatives.

    Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.

    Screens key position candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with hiring managers.

    Counsels hiring managers on the interview and hiring process.
    Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
    Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
    Travel to various regions to support branches, less than 10% regional travel; may include overnight stay.
    Performs other related duties as assigned.


    Required Skills/Abilities :


    Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and regulations.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


    Education and Experience :
    High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field a plus.
    At least five years of recruiting or related experience required.
    Supervisor experience required.
    Service industry experience required.
    ATS administrator experience required.
    High volume and C-Suite recruiting experience a plus.
    HRCI or SHRM credential preferred.
    SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
