The purpose of the job is to manage onsite operations, timeline, costs, and customer satisfaction. Also, develop vendor network and negotiate

Tasks / activities/ responsibilities

Will direct all activities of the Orlando rental facility including hardware rental, I&D services, maintaining operational efficiency
Requires strong leadership, communication and conflict management skills
Works with all departments to maintain a strong level of efficiency in the rental depot
Develop systems necessary to maintain efficient operations, cost effective measures and detail reporting of work activities.
Set performance standards to meet the service/budget goals
Handle the team in the Orlando facility
Proactively manage the warehouse to fulfil the demands
Monitor programs and procedures to ensure accurate and ontime order processing, production and quality as well as achievement of targeted customer satisfaction levels
Establish and maintain relationships with key outsourcing vendors
Recruit, train and mentor personnel to support business objectives
Develop and maintain internal and external schedule
