Role Logistics:
Full time position, Eastern Standard Time.
Must be located in Orlando, FL and open to hybrid 3/
Must have full lifecycle recruitment experience

What You'll Do:

Maintain open communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on open positions.
Coordinate and monitor the interview and testing process.
Responsible for recruiting, onboarding and acting as the intern champion.
Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

12 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
Sourcing experience highly preferred.
Strong preference to those with experience working in the insurance industry.
Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
Excellent sales, presentation and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure, in a high performance, fast paced, metricsdriven environment
Professional, take initiative, upbeat, positive attitude
