    Marketing Manager, Partner Solutions - New York, United States - Univision

    ABOUT THE TEAM:
    The Marketing Manager is a part of the Partner Solutions team dedicated to 360, multiplatform marketing campaigns.

    This role drives incremental revenue for TelevisaUnivision Communications by creating integrated, compelling, insight-driven marketing proposals that meet sales and client ideation requests for the team's categories.

    This role collaborates cross-functionally with the sales, marketing, production, programming, and editorial teams of the organization, as well as clients and agency partners.


    ABOUT YOU:
    You will collaborate with cross functional teams internally including Media Strategists, Operations, Marketing & Research. You will also work directly with clients to ensure the success of sponsorship programs and customized marketing initiatives.

    You will report to the Director, Partner Solutions.


    YOUR DAY TO DAY:
    Support Director and team in day-to-day Partner Solutions pre-sales and post-sales activities including but not limited to preliminary outlines and integrated marketing proposals for sales to present to clients and advertising agencies (occasionally attend and/or present at in-person or virtual meetings)

    Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs and maximize revenue opportunities for top-tier accounts

    Liaise with Product Marketing and Director to ensure conceptual approval and alignment

    Manage Salesforce Partner Solutions portals and help keep all information up to date and help communicate with Sales regarding the status of proposals

    Ideate and develop unique and compelling marketing solutions alongside cross-functional teams

    Work alongside Research teams to identify insights that will help drive a powerful campaign proposal

    Represent PST in day-to-day brainstorming meetings to assess client needs, maximize revenue opportunities for priority accounts, and identify the winning idea

    Leverage cross-platform strategy to showcase TelevisaUnivision's 360 value proposition including Digital and Social capabilities

    Bring proposal to life via powerful storytelling and showcase in-depth knowledge of TelevisaUnivision's offerings

    Pitch to agencies and clients on the solutions via powerful storytelling

    Co-lead in executing campaigns with project manager, including overseeing talent conversations and social calendar

    Create comprehensive mid-campaign and post-campaign comprehensive campaign recaps

    Build and maintain excellent relationships with decision makers client and agency side


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

    Minimum 3 years of media-related experience; Experience working in a client-facing role within a media company or advertising agency with exposure to sales marketing in network and digital preferred

    Detail oriented with great communication skills and presentation skills

    Exposure to the creation of integrated cross-platform media solutions (Linear, Digital, Streaming, Social, Experiential, Audio)

    A positive, solutions-oriented, and success-driven attitude

    A willing partner to Sales and Programming/Production

    Expertise in PowerPoint; Keynote a plus

    Spanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience preferred but not required

    Experience with branded digital video & social content sales packaging & influencer marketing greatly preferred

    An expert in managing complex projects, you are loved by clients & colleagues - You're responsive, personable, organized, and you can tackle the tough questions

    You know how to ensure that deliverables & deadlines are being met while delivering a high quality of output

    Ability to move quickly between projects and look ahead to see and deal with potential problems


    ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
    Must be willing to work onsite from our New York office

    Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

    Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

    Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S.

    locations that would be applicable to the position.


    Salary Range:
    $75,000- $90,000 + Benefits
