My name is Sachin Dalve, and I am an experienced Business System Analyst with nearly a decade of experience in the IT industry. I am currently working in a contract role as a Business Analyst at HealthFirst, where I hone my skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, developing test cases and scenarios, and using Epic's and User Stories to document requirements.

Throughout my career, I become well-versed in a variety of tools and technologies, including Visio, Confluence, Rally, JIRA, and more. I work closely with product owners to analyze and document business requirements and user stories, and I develop business process flows and conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) Sessions for requirements gathering and analysis.
