About the Role
What You'll Do
- Drive programs and strategic audience, insights and measurement initiatives for CPG (Grocery & Retail), including foundational data pipelining, ideation, launch, execution and postlaunch measurement and maintenance for these specific initiatives.
- Work closely with teammates, as well as crossfunctional partners in Ad Operations, Sales, Partner Solutions, Data Science, Engineering and Product to drive, evaluate, iterate, improve and optimize ads and data products and solutions.
- Lead programs endtoend handling partner relationships and processes for a successful build and ship of products and solutions running timelines, facilitating partner needs and inputs, setting prioritization and resource allocation
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience, ideally in an advertising and/or marketing role, especially in Program Management, Project Management, Research, Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights, Audience Strategy and Measurement or Audience Insights, or Business Intelligence
- Experience in supporting an ad sales organization, especially within retail media and/or CPG, as an authority and thought partner, leading with insights to grow revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Is a phenomenal communicator, especially using data and insights to nontechnical audiences, while also having the technical expertise to distill information for technical audiences (i.e Engineering, Product Management, Ops) to intake requirements and build solutions
- Proficient in the advertising and/or marketing data landscape, and have a foundational understanding of the advertising ecosystem credibly speak to and about audiences, platforms and media
- Proficiency in advanced analytical tools (e.g. SQL, R, SAS, Tableau), to be able to advise, QA and troubleshoot solutions on and made from these tools.
- Proficiency in process management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA, Salesforce Cloud)
- Understanding of the vertical needs and ability to creatively apply, influence and build audience solutions, measurement methodologies and research in a way that improves advertiser perception of Grocery & Retail on Uber, then leading to effective and successful campaigns
- Masters or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, Market Research, Analytics or Engineering
- PMP Certification A deep understanding of applied statistics and data science including sampling approaches, causal modeling, time series analysis, and datamining techniques
