    Principal Service Solutions is in the process of recruiting Field Service Engineers at all levels, whether you are starting your career or already have experience. You will receive training to handle the installation, servicing, and upkeep of semiconductor equipment in a manufacturing environment. Some travel will be necessary to support activities at various semiconductor fabs across the country, with all travel expenses covered. The role may require you to be away for 6 to 8 weeks and be adaptable to different shifts.

    We are seeking individuals who are detail-oriented with a background in technical and mechanical tasks, such as working with tools or repairing machinery. This is a great opportunity for those looking for a career with room for growth and development. On-the-job training will be provided.

    This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.

    Pay Rates:
    • Entry: $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr
    • FSE 1: $30.00/hr to $31.50/hr
    • FSE 2: $31.50/hr to $33.00/hr
    • FSE 3: $33.00/hr to $35.00/hr
    • FSE 4: $36.00/hr plus DOE

    Job Description:
    • On-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment
    • Troubleshooting equipment problems
    • Maintaining records and reports
    • Coordinating activities with team members and customers
    • Ordering and installing parts
    • Responding to emergency service calls
    • Instructing customers on system operation and maintenance
    • Performing equipment upgrades and modifications
    • Staying updated on equipment through training and manuals
    • Maintaining company property
    • Upholding standards of conduct

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • No previous experience required
    • Mechanical aptitude
    • Understanding of technical issues
    • Willingness to travel up to 80%
    • Flexibility with shifts
    • Valid driver's license
    • Strong customer interface skills

    Physical Requirements:
    • Work in confined areas and at heights
    • Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift heavy objects
    • May involve bending, stooping, climbing
    • Use of Personal Protection equipment

    Educational Requirements:
    • High School Diploma required
    • Associates degree preferred
