    Description

    Job Title:
    Senior Project Manager (ERCOT Experience Required)

    Responsibilities:
    Utilize extensive experience within the ERCOT (Electric Reliability Council of Texas) energy market to lead and manage projects effectively.
    Support the Chief Technology Officer's leadership team by managing cross-organizational projects and delivering on strategic initiatives.

    Drive forward fast-moving and cutting-edge projects within the realm of data analytics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

    Facilitate the forecasting of accounts payable and receivable settlements, leveraging expertise in ERCOT-specific processes and requirements.
    Demonstrate proficiency in managing large-scale projects, with a focus on strategic project management rather than infrastructure or applications-specific tasks.
    Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success, maintaining a level-headed approach in high-pressure situations.

    Actively contribute to additional projects such as load co-modeling and customer data platform initiatives, driving innovation and efficiency within the organization.


    Requirements:
    Must possess extensive experience working within the ERCOT energy market, with a deep understanding of its intricacies and regulations.
    Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects
    Strong strategic project management skills, emphasizing time-to-market and overall project efficiency.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while remaining focused and level-headed.
    Previous experience leading a team of project managers is highly desirable.
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
