Position: Staff Accountant
Duration: Contract to Hire
Location: Oakland

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Staff Accountant:

Lead and oversee account reconciliation processes
Supervise and manage accounts payable functions
Demonstrate extensive experience in General Ledger entries and reconciliation
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making

Qualifications for the Senior Staff Accountant role:

5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Proven ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
