    Base Salary $97,000 plus commissions. Successful candidate that meets expectations will make $200,000 in total. No cap to commissions able to be earned.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing plans to generate new business opportunities


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing and executing a personal sales plan to attract new clients in target markets.
    • Collaborating with senior company leadership to create comprehensive sales and marketing plans, ensuring current and future market potential is identified and pursued.
    • Meeting with clients to maintain relationships and foster ongoing partnerships.
    • Working with the operations team to develop estimates for proposals and presenting them to clients.
    • Networking within the target market community through professional industry associations.
    • Being accountable for profitable sales growth and meeting monthly and annual production goals.
    • Staying informed about industry trends, attending conferences, and focusing on company growth objectives.
    Qualifications/Skills Required:

    Preferred five years of experience in a service industry sales role.

    Proven track record of successful sales.

    Minimum of a bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

    Superior salesmanship and understanding of consumer behavior for effective customer solutions.

    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels.

    Independent, driven, self-motivated, passionate professional with exceptional work ethic and presentation skills.

    Estimating skills are a plus but not required.
