Role

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

  • Use sales tools and marketing resources to research client business, past client contacts, and product details to identify affiliate opportunities.
  • Conduct sales visits or cold calls to identify new sales opportunities with potential small to mediumsized enterprise accounts to identify customer business needs, introduce additional products and services, and retain current business.
  • Support customers' business by promoting ECMS products and services to generate and qualify sales to direct opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Closely manage, track, and follow up on potential leads to ensure continuity to successfully close business.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional support on services and billing issues for assigned accounts.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new business wins, SOP's, and proper turnover to the operations team for execution.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of ECMS products and services, and fully understand competitors' strategies and capabilities to position ECMS products advantageously.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant business field required.
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English is a plus.
  • 23 years of experience within a similar field sales role, preferably from courier/freight industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work well with people of all levels.
  • Must possess a "hunter's mentality" and be proactive in acquiring new business.
  • Customeroriented, passionate, salesdriven, and highly motivated with the ability to understand customers' perspectives and think in winwin terms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior phone etiquette.

Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year

Airfreight Sales: 2 years (preferred)
Global Cargo Sales: 2 years (preferred)
