    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dedicated Client Partner with a talent for assisting life sciences companies in addressing challenges using Axtria's consulting prowess, sophisticated processes, and innovative cloud solutions. The ideal candidates will exhibit expertise in cultivating personal relationships with VPs and above, devising strategies, and crafting compelling content to secure significant partnerships, along with a proven track record of acquiring new clients/stakeholders.

    The role will involve direct responsibilities such as:

    • Establishing rapport with CXOs/VPs/Directors in data, analytics, operations, and IT sectors, serving as the trusted consultant to senior client executives.
    • Formulating account strategies and business blueprints across various divisions and purchasing centers of the client's organization.
    • Assuming full accountability for account growth - delving deep into existing purchasing centers and exploring new opportunities.
    • Mentoring other team members in account management roles - both in the US and offshore.
    • Expanding business presence across platforms, managed services, analytics, omnichannel, and data management.
    • Achieving predefined revenue targets, gross margins, and client margins (managing account profit & loss).
    • Enhancing customer experience and ensuring service delivery excellence.
    • Contributing to content creation, drafting proposals, responding to RFPs, crafting point of view documents, and more.
    • Referring and recruiting account managers.
    • Holding responsibility for Program management across all client projects.
    • Developing and maintaining a sales forecast for assigned accounts.

    Required Skills/Experience

    • A minimum of 20+ years of experience; primarily in client-facing roles (client management, sales) at renowned consulting/software/IT services/3rd party analytics firms, or as an executive in a major Pharma corporation.
    • Significant expertise in the pharma (life sciences) sector.
    • Demonstrated track record of engaging with IT, business, and C-level executives.
    • Versatile consultant capable of cross-selling and up-selling across all functional areas.
    • Aptitude for connecting the dots, articulating compelling stories to garner client respect.
    • Strong negotiation and contracting skills.
    • Experience in Business to Business (B2B) solution sales.
    • Prior experience managing P&Ls of USD 20 million (annually) or more is preferred.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
