    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Partner to join our team and lead our strategic relationship with one of our major manufacturing domain clients. As the Client Partner, you will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, understanding their business needs, and driving the delivery of high-value solutions.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the manufacturing client's key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and industry trends.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and solution architects, to develop and implement strategies that align with the client's goals.
    • Drive revenue growth and business expansion within the client account through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new opportunities.
    • Lead the development of account plans, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic initiatives and Birlasoft's offerings.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the client, providing insights and recommendations on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Monitor account performance metrics, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to proactively address client needs.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
    • 10-15 years of experience in client management within the manufacturing domain.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex client accounts and driving revenue growth.
    • Deep understanding of the manufacturing industry, including trends, challenges, and technologies.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at executive levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that deliver tangible business outcomes.
    • Experience working in a global delivery model is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel as needed (when applicable).
