    ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

    As a center for Jewish philanthropy, the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund (the Federation) mobilizes assets to support the most pressing issues of our time, while building and sustaining thriving Jewish communities in the Bay Area, Israel and beyond for generations to come. We inspire personal and collaborative philanthropy, and facilitate grantmaking, impact lending, and advocacy to make the world a better place.

    With our work guided by Jewish values, the Federation operates as a community foundation, partnering with individuals and families to implement their charitable visions as well as to connect and strengthen the Jewish non-profit sector. In 2022, the Federation granted and loaned more than $245 million, making it the single largest funder of Jewish causes in the state of California.

    The Federation is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with a variety of skill sets who wants to join a team working to build a new model of 21st century and next generation Federation engagement.

    ROLE SUMMARY

    We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager, Marketing, to join our team and help bring our marketing projects to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of many marketing projects. You will be expected to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and on budget. You will also be responsible for monitoring progress, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines are met.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    • Manage all aspects of marketing projects, including scope, requirements, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
    • Scheduling and calendaring
    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.

    Track progress such a completed and overdue task based on due dates.

    Monitor overlapping deadlines.
    • Oversee day-to-day project operations, including team coordination and assigning/scheduling resources.
    • Develop automated workflows and processes for various project types.
    • Provide creative solutions to any project-related issues or challenges.
    • Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
    • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure successful execution of all marketing projects.
    • Analyze project data to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS
    • Proven ability to coordinate and direct multiple projects from conception to completion.
    • Ability to manage complex projects and tight timelines.
    • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in one of the wildly project management software (Wrike, Asana, Zoho, Smartsheet, Figma, Teamwork)
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 4+ years of experience managing complex projects.
    • Previous experience on marketing team is a plus.
    Salary Description

    $88,000-$110,000/annually
