We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Project Manager to join our leading retail client in the San Bruno area

Responsibilities:

Help project manage the work for three marketing teams.
Support the Sr. Manager in widescope project management.
Own notetaking and actionplanning feedback for meetings.
Develop and communicate solutions to improve efficiencies in team operations.
Gather facts and understand the scope of work across the organization.
Gather learnings from pilots and then iterate on the process.
Work in an agile model.
Partner closely and develop working relationships with stakeholders in client solutions and omni teams to streamline ways of working.
Support in other general team administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure teams are using new project management tools to their potential.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors
35+ years experience in project management, team operations, and process mapping within a marketing org.
Has experience with complex timelines with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with Workfront is required.
Has projectmanaged campaigns before, understands the milestones, and can see the bigger picture here to see how timelines and processes intersect.
