- RESPONSIBILITIES: Deskside or remote Initial hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
- Coordinate repairs with hardware vendors
- Assist in the administration of IT systems
- Maintenance and configuration of printers
- New user hardware deployments and account creation
- Ability to be process-oriented and have good documentation skills
- REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working on a help desk team
- Must be able to provide good customer service and engage with users
- Must have experience supporting MAC and Windows computers
- Ability to do basic network troubleshooting
- Past experience using ticketing software
- Must be organized and process-oriented to ensure good customer support
- Previous experience with Microsoft 365 Administration is preferred
- Previous experience with Jamf is preferred for mobile device management
- Other "nice to haves" are Adobe, CallTower, Crowdstrike, Tableau, Ubiguiti networking and security cameras
