    Description

    Job Description:

    • Inbound Customer Service Representatives are needed to support a client in the Eastern Time Zone. Agents can expect a structured work environment, where they have a set schedule with scheduled breaks (2-15 min paid) and lunch min unpaid).
    • Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST) . OR 8:30am-5pm Eastern (7:30am-4pm CST).
    • Training is 1 week long and training runs from Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern (7am-3:30pm CST).

    Customer Support Reps will be handling inbound calls from company field technicians that need assistance with a new computer system/app that the company is implementing.


    The field technicians might need assistance with:
    a. password resets
    b. how to navigate the system
    c. how to upload forms into the system
    d. how to connect to the system
    e. troubleshooting errors they are receiving

    Skills:

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:
    Need to have GED or HS Diploma.
    This is a work from home position with 2 morning shifts.
    Must have high speed connected internet.
    Must have good customer service/communication skills.

    Main calls inbound are coming from internal employees (Field Techs) or 3rd party technicians who need help using a new computer system.
