    Our client is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career and join a dynamic team

    The Customer Service Specialist is a temporary opportunity with a fully remote schedule.

    Responsibilities:
    We are hiring 5 virtual customer service agents. The agents will be working on solving claims via answering phones in the call center, communicating with claimants through the internal CRM, or making outbound calls to collect information from the claimants. Depending on the needs of the organization, the job duties may change.

    All agents will work from home. Vaco will provide a laptop and headset for each person.

    Candidates will not be eligible for the project if they have overpayments to the State of TN.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years in a virtual customer service role (should have experience working remotely)
    • 2+ years working in a call center environment
    • Excellent typing skills
    • Professional communication

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
