    Description

    Our client is growing and is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician. In this role, you will support the organization's 150 users. They have a casual work environment and are in the music industry.

    • RESPONSIBILITIES: Deskside or remote Initial hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
    • Coordinate repairs with hardware vendors
    • Assist in the administration of IT systems
    • Maintenance and configuration of printers
    • New user hardware deployments and account creation
    • Ability to be process-oriented and have good documentation skills
    • REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working on a help desk team
    • Must be able to provide good customer service and engage with users
    • Must have experience supporting MAC and Windows computers
    • Ability to do basic network troubleshooting
    • Past experience using ticketing software
    • Must be organized and process-oriented to ensure good customer support
    • Previous experience with Microsoft 365 Administration is preferred
    • Previous experience with Jamf is preferred for mobile device management
    • Other "nice to haves" are Adobe, CallTower, Crowdstrike, Tableau, Ubiguiti networking and security cameras
