- 3+ years Service Desk/Desktop Support Experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
- $25/hr on a 6-month contract-to-hire, converting at $55,000.
- Full health insurance and 401k benefits available.
- Fully onsite in Nashville 5 days a week.
