    MMNA is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join their team.

    This person will be responsible for Tier 1 tasks (reset passwords, remote assistance for users in field to connect to VPN, make sure laptops are prepared for new users, testing laptops to make sure everything works according to onboard, proper network access, etc.) MMNA uses ServiceNow from a ticketing perspective - this candidate must know how to create a ticket, update the ticket, and know how to solve & close tickets within ServiceNow.

    This help desk supports all Corporate employees as well as Canada and Mexico
