Description
:CoreCivic is looking for 2 Help Desk Technicians to join a team of 6 on the Service Desk.
All of the "technical" training will be owned by CoreCivic for this persons first 2 weeks on the job (there are also several Senior folks on the team that will train).
Looking for someone with phone support experience (personality is HUGE), strong documentation skills, ServiceNow from a ticketing perspective, and unlocks/password reset experience.
Everyone calling into the Help Desk is an internal CoreCivic employee (either from one of the 60 facilities or Corporate), the Tier 1 Help Desk is responsible for taking these calls and troubleshooting the issues.
